The equipment of numerical stopwatch tachograph is obligatory for trucks (more than 3,5 tons) put in circulation since May 1, 2006. For vehicles putted in circulation between January 1, 2003 and on April 30, 2006, the numerical Stopwatch Tachograph is obligatory only in the event of permanent breakdown of the analogical tachograph obliging with its replacement (except technical impossibility attested by the manufacturer). Vehicles putted in circulation before December 31, 2002 do not have any obligation of replacement.
