Missions

  • Conceives the logistic strategy with a quality / service / cost optimization constant concern
  • Exercise management and coordination functions with various company functions (mainly commercial department, purchasing, manufacturing, finance…)
  • Conceives and animates costs, stocks and lead-times reduction projects as well as the customer service improvement.
  • Follows up 3PL’s quality and costs.
  • Assure the follow-up of supply activities (national and import), of warehousing and distribution, of upstream and downstream transports
  • Follows up the profitability and logistic costs dashboard (set of KPI) and establishes required action plans for the logistic objectives achievement.
  • Organize his team’s work.

 

Required training /education

Level A-level+5 specialized in logistics:

  • Business school
  • Engineering school
