Obligations of the Seller:

• Deliver the goods to the buyer in the seller’s establishment (without loading the goods).
• This term represents the minimal obligation for the seller

Obligations of the Buyer:

• Select the transport mean
• Bear the risks inherent to the transport, including the follow-up of the transit, claims, etc....
• Make import customs clearance.
