I need to implement a good warehouse and transport KPI with items, materials and products mobile telecom. It appears you are looking for tips to implement good warehouse and transport KPIs especifically on mobile telecom products.

It's possible to have some specific Logistics KPIs for some particular activities but 80% of the logistics KPIs are very similar whatever the activity type is: autmotive industry, retail, mobile telecom...
